LITIGATION EXPERIENCE:
Attorney Goodman has forty-ffive years of experience as a civil litigator. Attorney Goodman has been lead counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving commercial disputes, real property disputes, condominium litigation, commercial and residential lease and tenancy litigation and representation of national Title insurer. Attorney Goodman has also acted as plaintiff's counsel in numerous personal injury actions, commercial litigation on behalf of banks, landlords, property managers, condominium associations and municipal boards. He has acted as lead plaintiff and defense counsel in professional malpractice actions. Attorney Goodman has tried cases in the Superior Court, the District Court, the Housing Court, the Land Court and the Probate and Family Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court.
COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE:
Attorney Goodman's experience includes working closely with his clients assisting with their business financing arrangements, contract negotiations, lease and real property purchase and sale negotiation and agreements, personnel matters, and generally as to any and all of the other matters that would customarily be addressed by a company's General Counsel. Attorney Goodman's clients utilize Attorney Goodman's services on all of the matters important to their businesses' protection and growth. Mr. Goodman has served his clients both as private and in-house counsel during his 42 years as an attorney
PUBLIC SERVICE:
Attorney Goodman currently serves as a member of Human Rights Committee of Vinfen ~ Transforming Lives Together, and on the Executive Board of the Greater Lynn Bar Association. Attorney Goodman served for twenty-three years as an elected member of the Board of Health of the Town of Marblehead, Massachusetts and twenty-one years as Chairman. He also served two terms as a Selectman in the Town of Marblehead. He has served on numerous boards of directors and as an officer of civic, charitable and religious institutions. He served several terms as a member of the Board of Overseers of The Jewish Journal North of Boston and as its President.
ADMISSIONS:
Attorney Goodman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of the First Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is certified as a Land Court Title Examiner

PRO BONO SERVICE:
In addition to pro bono representation of clients, Attorney Goodman serves as a Conciliator in the District Court and Superior Court Departments of the Trial Court and participates in the Attorney of the Day program in the Northeast Housing Court including serving as a lecturer in the Pro Bono Lawyer for a Day Trainings. Mr. Goodman is a member of the VINFEN Human Rights Council.
