EXPERIENCE:
Attorney Sullivan concentrates her practice primarily in Family Law and Civil Litigation.
Attorney Sullivan’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law, including, complaints for divorce, contempt actions, modifications, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support and obtaining and defending restraining orders. She has experience in representing clients in obtaining and opposing Harassment Prevention Orders under the recently enacted Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 258E. Even prior to her admission to the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Sullivan had a passion for family law. While completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Attorney Sullivan served as an intern for First Justice David Sacks in the Springfield Probate & Family Court.
Attorney Sullivan has experience in complex civil litigation in such diverse areas of practice as real property disputes, commercial litigation, residential and commercial landlord-tenant litigation, and zoning appeals. Attorney Sullivan has appeared in the District Court, Superior Court and Probate and family Court departments of the Trial Court.

Attorney Sullivan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
